Greetings witches,
As of today, all physical pledges have been sent out. In addition, the digital edition of the corebook is updated and the two digital supplements are being sent to everyone as I am writing this email. It's hard to put into words how thankful I am to everyone for giving me the time to heal and finish up this project. I would like to write a proper post-mortem of this project, but right now I need a bit of space to collect my thoughts :).
If you haven't received your physical rewards yet: Please give it 2 weeks if you're in the EU and 3 for the rest of the world. Some packages were only sent out yesterday, so they might still be on their way to you. If you still haven't received your pledge by that time, please DM me and I will replace whatever is lost.
If you haven't received your digital files: Please DM me! Everyone should have all the files now.
I owe a lot of people answers to various DMs etc. I'll be going through my inbox this weekend to do so.
The world is in a really sad state at the moment, which is a really sorry understatement... If you know anyone who is going through an especially hard time and you'd like to make them happy with a digital copy of Witch, please DM me and I will send them one! The world is on fire, let's bring some smiles to people's faces.

Early August Update

Greetings witches!
I hope the summer is treating you well! It's been beautiful here in the Netherlands and I have very much been enoying the weather. Unfortunely, I hava also had another health setback including a surpise trip to the hospital last month. All is well and fine again, but it took me some time to bounce back. I waited an extra week to write an update so I had more progress for you. Shipping is now at 45% and I've finally decided to not be so stubborn and ask a friend for help getting the rest of the packages out so in my next update in September... well fingers crossed.
I saw some questions in the comments and I wanted to answer them all here, plus I added one at the end, which I think might be interesting for the US backers:
What shipping service am I using? I am using the Dutch national post service.
Which tiers will be sent in 2 packages? If you've ordered 3+ items it is likely your pledge will be shipped in two pacakges. The reason is because we are sending them as post not as packages, which reduces the cost. All the packages shipped in two parts will have a number written in permanent marker on the back of the packaging (1 or 2) so you will know if you still need to wait for a package. Don't worry, if something doesn't come (please wait two weeks after the first) - of course I will replace it for you.
(Anticipating this for anyone keeping up with the news) Will the US inport tariffs apply to my package? You've probably seen that any packages coming into the us are going to charge you and $80 fee. Luckily, I am pretty sure that will not apply to these as I am shipping them all as letters not package :). Another bonus to having everything come in two parts.

Some of you might have noticed I locked addresses this month and that is because I have officially started shipping out the rewards. It was a slow start and I am at 10% shipped so far, but I expect to pick up speed this month. A lot of what I spent time on this month was trying to figure out the most clever way to send out the rewards. Since I charged the majority of cards, international shipping has gone up 10euros per package roughly, so it was some work deciding on a good way to send out everything.
At the end of July I hope to have more eventful news!

Greetings Witches,
I waited a few days to update you so I could share some exciting news! All the physical rewards for Witch are done and in-house. I am going to start shipping this month and everyone should slowly start getting their rewards!
Shipping
I plan to take my time with this, because I am currently balancing a lot and going slow and steady rather than trying to coorindate a shipping party with a bunch of people to help means that it will ultimately happen on a quicker timeline. At the end of this month I will update everyone on how much I still need to send out and what my next plan is.
Digital Rewards
I was asked to update about the digital rewards and the answer is - there is no update here. I need to get the files together with bookmarks etc. That takes some time and I am going to work on sending the physical rewards first. Once all that is done I am going to update the PDFs and get everyone the balance of PDFs they are missing.
Quick References
I know some people are interested in heard a bit about the process so I'd like to share my printing headache with you. I'd finished the quick reference layout a while ago, but I was waiting to order them till now, mainly beause I don't want more clutter in my house. I go to order them and think... hey what is that weird white border at the top and bottom of them? When I go in to check the file I realise I had made them US standard letter size rather than A5 size. -_-
At that point I said not today Satan, shut my lap top, and stress ate a box of cookies. Fast forward a week, I've fixed the quick references, but it took me longer than expected--because all the space I thought I had, I didn't. The nice news is: I had to remove some information to make everything fit and instead made a small box for people to keep make notes on. I always end up writing on my quick references any way, so why not give the space for people to do this?
Since every character is pretty unique in Witch, I decided to up the number of quick references I ordered, so that people who ordered them will be getting six rather than three in their pledges. Which means if you play with a group of five people (plus a GM), everyone can have their own and make notes.
